We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems across our facilities. Your expertise will ensure that all equipment operates efficiently, safely, and reliably, supporting our commitment to excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the seamless operation of our operations. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration issues using schematics and technical manuals. Order and pick up supplies from sams club and Walmart . Conduct troubleshooting for HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) systems to resolve operational issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used; utilize maintenance management software effectively. Collaborate with team members and leadership to prioritize repairs and coordinate large-scale maintenance projects or construction activities when necessary. Skills Extensive knowledge of appliance repair, HVAC system repair, basic handyman task . Proven experience with mechanical systems repair and maintenance across diverse equipment types. Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting complex systems. Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and internal clients regarding maintenance needs. Must be able to take care of the task independently Must have tools and transportation.
