Scott City, MO Admiral Signs, a division of Admiral Wholesale Signs, is expanding! We're looking for motivated individuals to join our fast-paced, team-oriented production and fabrication departments. If you are dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you! MaintenanceResponsibilities & Abilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks on building, manufacturing machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Conduct inspections and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems for signs of wear, damage, or malfunction. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform repairs to minimize downtime. Complete preventive maintenance activities according to established schedules to prevent equipment failures and prolong lifespan. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts inventory, and equipment documentation. Collaborate with other team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Assist in the installation, relocation, and set up of new equipment as needed. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to maintenance and manufacturing. Notifying manager of shortages and/or outages of materials, supplies, tools and hardware. Maintain shop and stock room organization and cleanliness. Support all departments and peers as needed. Has welding skills and knowledge of proper settings to operate equipment and maintenance of welding equipment.What We Offer:
