Sign Installer- CDL Class A or B

SUMMARY As a Sign Installation helper, you will travel to customer locations to help install manufactured or provided signage. Must work in accordance with safety standards to ensure all local, state and federal regulatory agencies requirements are met, OSHA 1910, 1926, NFPA, DNR. Must ensure all quality standards are met.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Player, communicate effectively Install various types of signage at customer locations, this includes: vinyl, channel letters, building and pole signs, and Electronic Message Centers (EMC's). Operate a crane on a regular basis Good communication and problem-solving skills Use a wide range of construction methods to complete jobs Operates welding equipment on a regular basis, and able to operate at various heights Troubleshoot and hook up electrical wiring to signage Working knowledge of common hand and power tools

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or equivalent Regular, predictable and reliable attendance Requiring hours of service that would average at least 40hours of service per week (full time). Must be available to work overtime as needed. Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Globally Harmonized System (GHS) labels, Job Safety Analysis (JSA) Ability to work with computers and software systems, must wear all personal protective equipment Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, stooping, twist, reach, reach overhead Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Must be able to work at heights Must be able to lift 0-50lbs.

PREFERRED

Class A or B. Construction experience Welding experience is a plus Must be willing to travel-with overnight stays. May vary depending on the job.
