Full-time Maintenance Technician - Starting pay $18.66 hourly Ensure all property equipment is functioning and premises are maintained in pristine condition. Respond to guest requests, perform repairs from work orders, complete preventative maintenance inspections, and maintain all safety equipment in compliance with company standards and local ordinances. Manage out-of-room cleaning, grounds maintenance, and oversee maintenance tool inventory. Work with minimal supervision while following the Green Shield Binder guidelines and company procedures.
