$30.00 - $35.00 per hour Job description: Day and evening shifts available: 5 days X 8 hours and 4 days X 10 hours available. Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team, responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our manufacturing facilities. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise in electrical, mechanical, and facilities maintenance, capable of troubleshooting and repairing complex systems. The Maintenance Technician will play a vital role in maintaining safety standards, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous production processes. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and systems Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the facility Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment Skills Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in welding and fabrication techniques Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to perform basic electrical repairs Excellent customer service skills to interact with staff and address maintenance concerns Ability to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail Leadership qualities to supervise and coordinate maintenance projects Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and ability to troubleshoot issues Experience working with CMMS software to schedule and track maintenance tasks Ability to read and interpret technical schematicsNote:
