CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

(What You'll Be Doing) As a Maintenance Technician , you will manage daily property upkeep and complete critical unit turnovers:

Unit Turnover:

Complete basic repairs and general upkeep to prepare vacant apartments for new tenants.

General Repairs:

Fix and maintain daily household items, including fixtures, minor plumbing issues, doors, walls, and hardware.

Tool Operation:

Safely use a variety of small hand tools and power equipment to complete minor maintenance tasks independently.

Material Handling:

Handle labor-intensive duties, heavy lifting, and material transport around the property as needed.

Emergency Response:

Participate reliably in the required, mandatory property on-call rotation.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

MUST HAVE

prior experience as a handyman or apartment maintenance technician.

Technical Skills:
