Job Description

Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our residential property. Your expertise will help maintain a welcoming environment by performing a wide range of repair, installation, and maintenance tasks. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards Perform repairs and upgrades across various systems including minor plumbing, HVAC, and structural components Execute residential painting projects to enhance property appearance and value Must have the ability to run a carpet cleaning machine for a 3 story building Ability to work well with senior adults Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or general handyman roles Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate well with seniors Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
