Job Description

CNC Maintenance Tech- Entry Level
Edelbrock Group
We are looking for a hands-on, motivated Entry-Level CNC Maintenance Technician who is eager to build a career in advanced manufacturing.
In this role, you'll work alongside experienced technicians to maintain and repair the CNC equipment that produces our industry-leading performance components. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and being part of a team that builds high-performance products, this is a great opportunity to get started.
Schedule
Monday - Thursday
5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Occasional overtime may be required based on production needs
What You'll Do
Keep Our Machines Running at Peak Performance
Assist in maintaining and repairing CNC machines
Support troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
Help respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
Perform basic repairs on hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
Support Preventive Maintenance
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently
Help track and document maintenance activities
Assist in identifying potential issues before they impact production
Learn from the Best
Work closely with experienced maintenance technicians and production teams
Gain hands-on experience with CNC systems and manufacturing equipment
Support installation and setup of new machines and technology
Safety & Teamwork First
Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO)
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Contribute to a team-focused, high-performance culture
What We're Looking ForBasic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Technical school training or certification preferred
0-2 years of experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or related field
Strong mechanical aptitude and desire to learn
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
Exposure to CNC machines or production equipment
Basic understanding of electrical systems or PLCs
Ability to read blueprints or schematics
