Job Description

Overview We are seeking an experienced motivated and versatile Handyman/Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will be supporting various aspects of construction, renovation, and maintenance projects across multiple sites. Your hands-on skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach will help ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse tasks, develop your skills across multiple trades, and contribute to impactful building projects in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform general repairs, maintenance, and renovation tasks on residential, commercial, or industrial properties Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete carpentry, drywall, flooring, and fixture installation projects Assist with schematics and planning for various construction tasks Conduct basic construction inspection to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications Install doors, windows, cabinetry, fixtures, and trim carpentry components with precision Execute concrete forming, finishing, masonry work, stucco application, and restoration projects as needed Support heavy equipment operation for site preparation or material handling tasks Assist in roofing installation, tile laying, plastering, caulking, and hardscape work to enhance project quality Contribute to framing carpentry, glass installation, masonry work, and other specialized trades as required Maintain a clean and organized worksite while adhering to safety protocols at all times Requirements Proven experience working on construction sites with hands-on involvement in various trades such as carpentry, masonry, or remodeling Familiarity with blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate project execution Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely; experience with heavy equipment operation is a plus Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes is desirable Strong understanding of construction inspection standards and safety regulations Experience with fixture installation—including cabinetry, doors, glass panels—and finishing techniques like painting or concrete finishing Ability to read technical schematics related to electrical systems or plumbing installations is advantageous Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward troubleshooting onsite issues Valid driver's license; reliable transportation preferred Join us if you're eager to build your career in construction by applying your diverse skill set on exciting projects.
