Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a versatile Industrial Maintenance Technician to ensure our facility operates at peak performance. You will be instrumental in minimizing downtime by applying your expertise in electrical and mechanical systems to keep our production lines running smoothly. Responsibilities Execute preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on complex industrial machinery to maximize equipment uptime. Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical failures through systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Drive operational efficiency by leading the installation and calibration of new production hardware. Maintain rigorous safety standards, including strict adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Document all maintenance activities and equipment modifications to ensure accurate historical records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize facility systems and improve overall process reliability. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in industrial maintenance with a focus on multi-craft disciplines. Technical proficiency in 120/208/240/480 voltage systems and high voltage environments. Expertise in pneumatics troubleshooting and industrial electrical systems. Ability to interpret complex technical schematics and equipment manuals. Preferred Skills Technical certification or trade school degree in a related field. Advanced experience with HVAC and plumbing system maintenance. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
