Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician on a part time basis to join our team at a manufactured home communities. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical, minor electrical background, and general make ready capabilities. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting with staff and management to ensure the smooth operation of all equipment and facilities. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems. Fabricate parts as needed to support maintenance operations. Utilize tools to prepare homes for future move ins Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues before they become major problems. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff. Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and safely. Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall facility maintenance practices. Update maintenance logs through Rent Manager Requirements Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance. Proficiency in electrical systems Ability to read and understand schematics related to building systems. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on communication in English. Leadership qualities with experience supervising maintenance activities preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
