Job Description
Description Building Maintenance Technician Ressler Motor Company, a leading and reputable car dealership group, is seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Technician to ensure our facilities remain safe, functional, and welcoming for both staff and customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of building equipment and infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with general facility upkeep, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Requirements Education and Experience:
- Previous electrical, plumbing, or handyman skills preferred.
