- Full-time Elite Overhead Doors is Hiring Experienced Installation Technicians Elite Overhead Doors is growing and we are looking to add experienced Installation Technicians to our team.
Responsibilities include installation of:
Sectional overhead doors Commercial overhead doors Operators and related hardware New construction and retrofit applications Installers must be comfortable working on active construction sites, reading jobsite conditions, and adapting to real-world install challenges without constant supervision. Qualifications Minimum 2 years overhead door installation experience or related construction experience Experience working in residential and commercial construction Experience operating aerial lifts (scissor lift and/or boom lift) Ability to safely lift and maneuver heavy materials and equipment with a team Must be physically capable of handling demanding installation work Ability to problem solve and adapt to jobsite conditions Ability to run a crew when needed Ability to complete installations independently Valid driver's license Strong work ethic and attention to detail Compensation Starting at $25 per hour Higher starting wages available for experienced commercial installers who can demonstrate the ability to: Lead a crew Has Led Commercial Installs Complete installs independently Troubleshoot and problem solve on site Top performers have the opportunity to earn up to $30+ per hour DOE following demonstrated performance.
