Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dock Crew/Technician, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations at our dock and maintenance facilities. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of equipment, tools, and systems, providing essential support for vessel, vehicle, and equipment maintenance. Duties Assist with the loading, unloading, and securing of vessels and cargo using rigging and heavy lifting techniques Operate power tools, hand tools, welding equipment and measuring instruments to complete tasks Conduct inspections of equipment and vessels to ensure safety standards are met; document findings thoroughly Support assembly of new docks or components following detailed instructions and technical diagrams Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and dock areas to promote safety and efficiency Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during service interactions Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire repairs, or brake servicing as needed Qualifications Hands-on experience with power tools, hand tools and general construction tools. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures along with general mechanical troubleshooting skills Excellent customer service skills combined with clear communication abilities Join us to be part of a vibrant team that values technical expertise, safety consciousness, and proactive problem-solving.
