We Are Hiring:

Maintenance Team (Manager & Technician)

Company:

Milestone Property Management Location:

Miles City, MT Milestone Property Management is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in Miles City. We are currently hiring for both a Maintenance Manager and a Maintenance Technician to help ensure our facilities remain safe, functional, and presentable. Position 1: Maintenance Manager

Compensation:

Around $16/hour, DOE, with potential for a sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

Beyond performing hands-on maintenance tasks, this role involves overseeing maintenance staff, coordinating daily assignments, and working professionally with tenants and vendors.

Qualifications:

In addition to general maintenance skills, the ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in maintenance coordination or property management (preferred but willing to train). Position 2: Maintenance Technician

Compensation:

Around $13/hour, DOE.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for routine building maintenance including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general cleaning. This role supports the overall upkeep of facilities and assists the maintenance team with daily assignments.

Qualifications:

Requires basic knowledge of building systems and tools, the ability to troubleshoot routine problems, and a commitment to quality work. General Requirements (Both Positions)

Experience:

2+ years of general maintenance experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidates.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various environments.
