Maintenance Technician Location:

Greensboro, NC Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support industrial operations on 1st shift. This role offers strong overtime opportunities and requires hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, welding, and industrial systems. Pay Rate $25-$30 per hour , based on experience Schedule 1st shift starting at 8:00 AM (transitioning to 6:00 AM as production increases) Heavy overtime , including Saturdays Key Responsibilities Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems Service motors, pulleys, conveyor systems, belts, and rollers Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform preventive maintenance Read and interpret blueprints and schematics Perform minor electrical work and welding as needed Qualifications 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience 2-3 years of GTAW (Stick) welding experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Interviews are being conducted this week! Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Asheboro, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
