We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Asheboro, North Carolina team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing necessary maintenance on residential units. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. What you'll do in a typical day: Fixing doors, frameworks, floors, or other wooden fixtures; drywall, floor and subfloor repair, and perform general maintenance; minor plumbing and electrical duties as needed. Utilize a variety of hand-tools and specialty equipment such as power tools, circular saw, reciprocating saw, etc. Interact with customers to ensure proper and accurate communications exist. Document all work performed by accurately completing work orders, equipment log sheets, etc. Complete and submit all required paperwork on a timely basis. What you need to succeed at
