Job Summary HGM Hotels is looking to add diligent and hardworking individuals to join our maintenance team in Boone NC. Our maintenance team is tasked with completed small jobs as well as larger projects that require a variety of skills. We provide training and work with outside contractors to ensure our properties are always clean and well maintained.

Responsibilities:

Identify and assess the risk of technical projects to minimize risks. Ensure engineering quality by conducting detailed project reviews. Promote new engineering standards and quality control methodologies. Keep management informed on the status of all projects.

Completing Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Annual Inspections and Reports Job Requirements:

Knowledge of basic plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems Knowledge of basic carpentry skills Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems Good verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal and customer service skills. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
