Job Description

Maintenance Technician. Apartment Complex in Brevard is looking for a part time handyman/maintenance technician. 29 hours per week. Painting, cleaning, and carpentry skills required. Light knowledge of plumbing and electrical most helpful. Must be willing to carry emergency telephone. Must have valid drivers license, reliable transportation and some tools and be able to pass a credit and criminal background check as well as a drug test.
