We are seeking an experienced individual, skilled in general maintenance and commercial building facilities. Our employees work in a team environment to accomplish tasks efficiently, with detail and customer service in mind. This Full Time position is responsible for providing maintenance support for the House Facilities Department in the clubhouse and for all other facilities on Prestonwood Country Club property. Position requirements include, but are not limited to the following: Minimum 1-2 years general hands-on maintenance experience. Have knowledge of plumbing, electrical, minor HVAC, drywall and furniture repair. Able to operate power washer, perform other cleaning duties and various general building upkeep. Deliver various materials between property facilities as needed. Able to provide excellent service to internal and external customers of the Maintenance Department. Demonstrate and promote attention to detail. Must possess a valid driver's license.
Shift hours:
7:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday with rotating weekends. However shift times may be adjusted as needed depending on business needs of the club. Availability to assist with after-hours emergency maintenance calls.
