Responsibilities Execute advanced diagnostic and repair procedures on industrial machinery to ensure peak operational performance. Analyze equipment performance data and predictive maintenance metrics to proactively identify and resolve potential failures. Collaborate with planning teams to refine preventative maintenance schedules and improve long-term asset reliability. Lead continuous improvement initiatives by applying lean methodologies to reduce costs and streamline maintenance processes. Troubleshoot sophisticated control systems, including hardware and software configurations, to maintain seamless production flow. Fabricate and repair specialized components using precision machining tools, welding equipment, and metalworking techniques. Mentor junior technicians and contribute to team-wide technical development through knowledge sharing and training. Maintain rigorous adherence to safety protocols and 5S standards to ensure a secure and organized workspace. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical field. Strong proficiency in electrical, mechanical, fluid power, and automated control systems. Demonstrated ability to perform precision alignments and utilize specialized diagnostic hand tools. Experience with CMMS platforms for documentation and data-driven decision making.
