MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
- (12-HOUR SHIFTS) The Maintenance Technician is responsible for executing mechanical maintenance tasks to ensure the continuous operation of the plant, minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment reliability.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
✔ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment. ✔ Utilize, update, and review CMMS work orders, ensuring timely completion and accurate reporting. ✔ Inspect and analyze equipment performance through noise, vibration, temperature, and pressure measurements. ✔ Conduct repairs, replacements, calibrations, adjustments, lubrication, and cleaning as required. ✔ Ensure compliance with technical guidelines, EHS policies, and operational procedures. ✔ Identify spare parts and material requirements, coordinating with the supervisor for procurement. ✔ Maintain detailed work reports, documenting detected failures, used materials, and machine conditions. ✔ Participate in team meetings, audits, and inspections to support continuous improvement.Key Requirements:
- Experience in industrial mechanical maintenance.
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
- Familiarity with CMMS and equipment performance analysis.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
Pay:
$28.00- $30.
