- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Attention to detail to ensure proper chemical balance in pools
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy equipment
