We build decks, porches, railings, and outdoor living projects throughout the area. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works efficiently, and wants the opportunity to earn more based on performance and production. Pay & Performance Incentives This position includes hourly base pay plus performance-based incentives. We believe employees who help complete quality projects efficiently should have the opportunity to earn more. Performance incentives may be based on: Completing projects within established production timelines Quality of workmanship Passing inspections and completing required phases correctly Minimizing mistakes, callbacks, and material waste Keeping projects organized and moving forward Proper jobsite cleanup and project completion Overall crew performance The better the crew performs, the greater the earning opportunity. Our goal is to provide a path where a productive installer can earn significantly more than their hourly rate while still maintaining the quality standards our customers expect. Responsibilities Frame and build wood, composite, and PVC decks Install decking, picture framing, stairs, fascia, skirting, and railings Install PVC trim and post wraps Read plans, measurements, and project layouts Make accurate cuts and minimize material waste Follow manufacturer specifications and building requirements Maintain a clean and organized jobsite Work with the crew to complete projects efficiently and on schedule What We're Looking For Construction/carpentry experience; deck-building experience preferred Comfortable using saws and standard carpentry tools Understanding of basic framing and construction Able to accurately read a tape measure Reliable and on time Able to work efficiently without cutting corners Good communication and ability to work as part of a crew Takes pride in finished work Able to perform physically demanding outdoor construction work Reliable transportation A valid driver's license is preferred.
