Pay:
$22.00 - $27.00 per hour Job description:
HIRING:
Apartment Maintenance Techs and Supervisors, Proven experience in apartment or residential maintenance. this is a mandatory requirement.
Location:
Raleigh-Durham, NC (and surrounding suburbs)
Company:
Full House Marketing Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Pay:
Starts at $22.00/hour (Higher rates for CPO/EPA Universal certifications and experience). Are you a skilled problem solver who takes pride in keeping a community running smoothly? Full House Marketing is hiring experienced Maintenance Techs and Supervisors for property management companies throughout the Triangle area.
What You'll Do:
Turn Units:
Prepare apartment homes for new move-ins efficiently.
HVAC & Appliances:
Diagnose HVAC systems and fix household appliances.
Plumbing & Drainage:
Unclog toilets/drains and perform general plumbing repairs.
General Upkeep:
Handle small drywall repairs, paint touch-ups, and change air filters.
Curb Appeal:
Pick up community grounds daily to maintain a clean property.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in apartment or residential maintenance. Ownership of personal tools and the knowledge to use them safely. Professional demeanor and strong communication skills at all times. Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or EPA Universal certifications are a major plus (and put you at the top of the pay scale!).
