Job Description

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to come join our team! The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure. This position requires strong industrial electrical capabilities, including hands-on experience with three-phase electrical systems, motors, controls, and production equipment. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, dependable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable performing physically demanding work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain three-phase electrical systems and industrial manufacturing equipment.
  • Install, repair, and replace motors, contactors, relays, breakers, sensors, switches, transformers, and related electrical components.
  • Troubleshoot motor controls, variable-frequency drives, control panels, and production equipment.
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Perform mechanical repairs involving bearings, belts, chains, conveyors, pumps, fans, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic equipment.
  • Assist with equipment installations, facility repairs, and continuous-improvement projects.
  • Maintain tools, work areas, and maintenance spaces in a clean and organized condition. Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial three-phase electrical systems.
  • Ability to safely use a multimeter and other electrical diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, equipment manuals, and mechanical drawings.
  • Working knowledge of industrial motors, motor controls, electrical panels, relays, contactors, sensors, and variable-frequency drives.
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong safety mindset with an understanding of lockout/tagout, electrical hazards, machine guarding, and required personal protective equipment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, mechatronics, or a related field is preferred. Preferred Qualifications
  • Welding and metal-fabrication experience.
  • Experience with programmable logic controllers and automated manufacturing equipment.
  • Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Experience operating forklifts, aerial lifts, hoists, and other industrial equipment.
  • Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial facility. Physical and Environmental Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, climb, reach, push, pull, and work from ladders or elevated platforms.
  • Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures, including outdoor areas.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and follow all facility safety requirements.

Pay Range The hourly pay range for this role in local currency is $21-39/hr
