Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of mechanical and installation tasks at multiple job sites. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in installing docks and overhead garage doors, as well as performing general maintenance and repairs for major retail stores. This is a full-time, field-based role that requires flexibility with hours and reliable transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
Install docks and overhead garage doors Perform general maintenance tasks, such as: (Replacing light bulbs, Repairing doors and door knobs) Travel to and from various job sites (mileage or transportation details TBD) Communicate with the main office and team leads to complete work orders on time Ensure tools and equipment are used safely and maintained properly
Qualifications:
Proven experience with: Mechanical repairs and light construction tasks Installing overhead garage doors and commercial docks (Familiarity with general maintenance duties in commercial/retail environments) Reliable transportation to reach job sites Strong problem-solving and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent required
Additional Requirements:
Must pass a 5-panel drug test (THC is acceptable) Must meet background requirements: No offenses involving minors, animals, violence, theft, larceny, or drug charges (felony or misdemeanor) If you take pride in hands-on work, enjoy variety in your workday, and meet the qualifications, we welcome you to apply for this opportunity!
