Pool and Spa Technician

Spinnaker's Reach Realty is hiring a Pool Cleaner / Pool Tech to support our seasonal property operations team. This position is ideal for someone looking for active, hands-on seasonal work during our busiest months. This is not a desk job. The role involves traveling between properties, servicing private pools and outdoor areas, and helping ensure homes are guest-ready. Depending on workload and company needs, this role may also assist with light maintenance support from time to time. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active throughout the day, and taking pride in keeping properties in strong condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Service and clean private pools at vacation rental properties Check water condition and help maintain guest-ready presentation Clean pool areas and report any issues needing attention Monitor supplies and communicate service needs clearly Travel between homes throughout the day Assist with light maintenance support when needed

What We're Looking For:

Comfortable working outdoors in a field-based role Able to handle active, physical work throughout the day Dependable and detail-oriented Willing to assist with a variety of property support tasks Positive attitude and team-focused mindset Reliable transportation required Education and/or Experience One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
