Job Requirements Implementing routine checks and preventive maintenance to ensure proper working facilities. Recording maintenance or repair work malfunctions; ensuring compliance with organizational safety and maintenance policies. Repairing, reassembling, and installing various equipment, machinery, plumbing, carpentry, etc., using manpower and powered tools. Ensuring all work orders, preventive maintenance sheets, repair logs, and related documents are completed to reflect work performed. What your background should look like Typically requires a minimum of 4 years of related work experience. Requires completion of high school. Vocational training or an AA degree is preferred.

COMPENSATION

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $xxx - xxx (subject to change dependent on physical location)
