The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair of equipment and systems. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, facilities maintenance, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and facilities to ensure operational efficiency. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and schematics to troubleshoot electrical issues. Maintain and update records in the Quore System. Work with logic controllers and other automated systems to diagnose and resolve issues. Supervise junior maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential issues or areas for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the facility. Execute welding tasks as required for repairs or modifications. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance, with a strong emphasis on electrical systems. Familiarity with Quore software for tracking maintenance activities. Experience in supervising teams or leading projects is preferred. Proficiency in reading schematics and using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Effective communication skills, with proficiency in English.
