Maintenance Technician

Experienced Property Maintenance Technician Goldsboro, NC | Full-Time Keystone Management is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in Goldsboro, NC. We own and manage 10 apartment communities totaling over 1,000 units in the Goldsboro market, creating excellent opportunities for career advancement, leadership development, and long-term growth within our company. What You'll Do Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues Complete work orders efficiently and professionally Prepare apartments for new residents (turnovers) Maintain community grounds and common areas Respond to emergency maintenance requests and participate in an on-call rotation Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members

Qualifications Required:

Previous property maintenance experience Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry Valid driver's license Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities Clean background record

Preferred:

EPA Certification Experience installing kitchen cabinets Experience installing LVT flooring Multifamily apartment maintenance experience

Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay:

$22-$24 per hour Compensation based on experience, skills, and certifications.
