Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician and become a vital part of ensuring our facilities operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently. In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of equipment and systems across our operations. Your mechanical expertise and proactive approach will help us uphold the highest standards of safety and performance, creating a productive environment for all team members. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and other mechanical equipment to ensure optimal operation. Diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools; execute repairs promptly to minimize downtime. Conduct appliance repairs and service technician tasks on various appliances and mechanical systems throughout the facility. Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical problems. Assist with construction projects or upgrades by supporting installation efforts for HVAC systems, refrigeration units, or related equipment. Lead small teams or coordinate with contractors during maintenance or repair projects to ensure safety protocols are followed. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system updates for compliance and future reference. Experience Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a focus on repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical manuals accurately. Hands-on experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance; familiarity with air conditioning systems is highly desirable. Knowledge of construction practices related to equipment installation or upgrades is a plus. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide team members or coordinate with contractors effectively. Prior experience in equipment repair across diverse mechanical systems is preferred.
