SHIFT:
10p to 6:30a Sunday thru Thursday Adjusts to staff shortages and covers other assigned areas, as needed. Properly uses personal protective equipment. Analyzes carpeted and hard surface floors and applies correct maintenance procedures. Performs cleaning functions using the department approved process in all assigned areas. Monitors and reports any equipment issues or shortages and stocks supplies. Assesses areas of assignment and makes suggestions for improvement to the supervisor, documenting daily assignments completed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field [Required] Ability to maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition [Required] Able to communicate in English [Required] Basic computer skills and to include the use of mouse and keyboard [Required] Ability to climb and work on a ladder [Required] Knowledge of floor care maintenance process [Preferred] Ability to safely use all equipment related to the care of floor surfaces to include but not limited to commercial rotary machines, auto scrubbers, vacuums and floor burnishers [Preferred] Demonstrates knowledge of environmental services equipment and chemicals used in the department [Required] Ability to assess, correct, and maintain various floor surfaces [Preferred]
Education:
High School Grad or Equiv [Preferred]
Work Experience:
1+ floor tech experience [Required]

Pay Range:
