Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team and support the day-to-day upkeep of our properties.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine and emergency maintenance for residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs. Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner. Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize future issues. Maintain grounds and common areas to ensure safety and curb appeal. Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed (rotating on-call schedule). Collaborate with property management staff to ensure resident satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in property management or multifamily housing. Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs. Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize tasks, and work independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. HVAC certification or other trade certifications a plus.
