Job Description

  • Maintenance Technician - DIRECT HIRE
  • Join a Growing Manufacturing Team!
  • We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have strong PLC, electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting experience, we'd love to hear from you.
  • What You'll Do:
  • + Troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment + Perform preventive and predictive maintenance + Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues + Work with PLCs, drives, motors, sensors, and control systems + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals + Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects + Ensure equipment reliability, safety, and production efficiency •
Skills & Experience:
  • ✅ PLC and electrical troubleshooting experience ✅ Knowledge of drives, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics ✅ Experience maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment ✅ Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints ✅ Preventive maintenance and root cause troubleshooting skills ✅ Experience with high-speed manufacturing equipment preferred ✅ Injection molding or thermoforming experience is a plus ✅ Maintenance leadership experience is a bonus •
Qualifications:
  • + High School Diploma or GED + 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities + Ability to work independently and within a team

  • This is a Permanent position based out of Hickory, NC.
  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $30.

00 - $34.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
