In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems across our facilities. Your expertise will ensure that all equipment operates efficiently, safety standards are upheld, and operational disruptions are minimized. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical knowledge in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the smooth functioning of our operations. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair various mechanical and electrical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools. Install, service, and maintain appliances and kitchen equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Operate company vehicles responsibly for on-site repairs or equipment deliveries as needed. Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose problems. Conduct HVAC system repairs including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and refrigeration units to maintain climate control standards. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and inspections completed. Collaborate with team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize urgent repairs to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations during all maintenance activities. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in mechanical systems repair and maintenance. Proficiency in appliance repair, installation, and service technician practices. Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals accurately. Experience with HVAC & appliance technology including HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration). Knowledge of refrigeration systems and kitchen equipment maintenance. Familiarity with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) procedures across various equipment types. Construction experience is a plus for understanding building systems integration. Customer service skills to effectively communicate with team members and clients when needed. Leadership qualities to support team collaboration and safety initiatives. Experience operating company vehicles safely within traffic laws and company policies.
