CAMS (Community Association Management Services), HOA Management company is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician/Handy Man to perform general maintenance/projects and assist in the oversight of contractors/vendors at a community in Indian Beach, NC.

Hours of Work:

Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with the possibility of overtime and after-hours emergency calls.

Hourly Rate:

$20 per hour with benefits package included. Responsibilities Assist the Maintenance Supervisor and perform assigned work orders promptly Perform preventative maintenance task to maintain the physical integrity of the properties Ensure a safe and secure living environment for residents and visitors Anticipate, identify and correct problems involving the properties Assist in the oversight of contractors and vendors Follow up on service requests and communicate with managers for the highest quality of customer service Requirements Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
