Position requested:
- Maintenance and Custodial Technician for a fast-paced therapeutic services agency.
- This position is responsible for performing a variety of custodial and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Duties:
- Ensuring the cleanliness of interior and exterior of facilities
- Complete minor building maintenance, such as touch up painting, hanging pictures and shelving, replacing air filters, etc.
- Respond to maintenance service requests, troubleshooting problems and making repairs
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Follow all applicable department and practice policies and procedures
- Maintain patient confidentiality; complies with HIPAA privacy and confidentiality guidelines established by the practice
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a state and national background check
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation
- Two to five years of custodial and/or maintenance experience
- Experience with facilities maintenance or a similar role
- Physical stamina, manual dexterity, and the ability to traverse uneven grounds
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
