Compensation:
Base salary:$1000 per week Plus Exceptional weekly bonus program•earn significant additional income based on performance, jobs completed, and customer satisfaction Total earning potential well above industry average for qualified technicians

Role:
We're seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber / Water Heater Technician / Fixture Installer to join our growing multi state team. This is a residential service position focused on quality installations, repairs, and replacements•with no on-call or after-hours emergencies to disrupt your work-life balance. All projects are pre-sold prior to installation. Area of coverage is Jacksonville and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and replace water heaters (tankless, traditional, hybrid models) Perform fixture change-outs (faucets, toilets, sinks, disposals,) Conduct inspections and ensure work meets local codes and safety standards Provide excellent customer service, explain services clearly, and maintain a clean, professional work area Complete job documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch and management
Requirements:
Proven experience as a plumber, water heater technician, or in fixture installation/change-out work Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, water heaters, and common repairs Valid driver's license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided) Ability to pass background check, valid driver's license, clean driving record (MVR required), and 21 years of age or older.
