Responsible for the maintenance of all types of floor surfaces, walls, and upholstered furniture in assigned buildings. Performs other related tasks as needed. All activities shall contribute to the continuous improvement of operational efficiencies in the College's facilities, which are located on multiple campus sites and span more than 1 million square feet.

Education Required:

GED or High School Diploma Experience Required:

2 years of minimum experience in floor care maintenance processes in an educational facility or commercial cleaning environment.
