Job Description
Overview Outer Banks Blue Realty Services is seeking to fill the position of Maintenance Coordinator for the Kitty Hawk office. This role is a key position within the company on the delivery of customer service to our guests and property owners. This is NOT an entry level position.. Duties Coordinate daily maintenance activities, including preventive, corrective, and emergency repairs across all properties Coordinate maintenance schedules for Maintenance Technicians using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems to track work orders, and keep Technicians highly organized and efficient. Coordinate and keep the team up-to-date with the status of any work assigned to outside vendors. Clearly and promptly communicate with property owners and guests on any maintenance issues that may arise. Partner with Maintenance Manager on improving both internal tech and vendor effectiveness. Skills Proficiency with computer systems for work order management. Ability to manage constant flow of work and communicate clearly via e-mail, text, phone and written word. Positive "get it done" attitude and team-player mentality. Problem solving using facts, data, and established standards of practice. We are a proven employer of choice for select employees.
