Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical background, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems and equipment. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to diagnose issues. Utilize various tools and instruments, including Ohmmeters, to conduct tests and measurements. Fabricate parts as needed to replace worn or damaged components. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all tasks. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems effectively. Proficiency in electrical systems, including logic controllers, wiring, and circuit analysis. Experience in welding techniques for metal fabrication and repair tasks. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues.
