Industrial Maintenance Technician Pay:

$25-$33/hour

Shift Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment and facility systems. This role supports production through preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and safe work practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and facility systems Read and work from blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Diagnose electrical systems (low & high voltage), motors, and controls Support equipment start-ups/shutdowns and follow lockout/tagout procedures Use industrial tools, testing devices, and PIV equipment safely Assist production and train new employees as needed

Required Skills:

Mechanical maintenance & troubleshooting Hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, wiring, and controls Ability to read blueprints and schematics Strong use of hand tools and measurement tools OSHA and safety-compliant work practices

Preferred Qualifications:

Industrial maintenance experience Welding or fabrication skills a plus Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Mount Airy, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $68640.00/yr. 11 paid holidays, both PTO and vacation hours, 401k with company matches up to 6% of gross wages on the 91st day. We also offer very affordable benefits' package available at 30 days. Employees have three plans to choose from. Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Mount Airy,NC.
