NAGS HEAD, NC.
This is a full-time position. A Maintenance Technician is more than just a repair expert; they are the unsung heroes of the hospitality industry. They ensure that every property operates smoothly, every guest experience is seamless, and every small detailwhether its a leaky faucet, a flickering light, or a temperamental air conditioneris taken care of before it becomes a problem. They are problem-solvers, troubleshooters, and skilled craftsmen, responsible for maintaining the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of hotels, resorts, and vacation rentals. Whether theyre fine-tuning an HVAC system or patching up drywall, they take pride in their work, knowing that their attention to detail shapes the guest experience. •This is a full time, year round position with medical, dental, vision, Paid PTO, 401k match and more. •$250.00 sign on bonus
