Medical and dental benefits Opportunity to gain experience with top Property Management companies Temp, Temp-to-Perm, and Direct Hire opportunities Potential eligibility for paid sick leave and/or PTO in accordance with applicable laws Referral bonus opportunities Maintenance Technician Responsibilities Complete apartment service requests and general repairs Troubleshoot basic plumbing and electrical issues Repair/change locks and light fixtures Assist with appliance installation and repairs Perform painting, caulking, and light drywall repair Support apartment turns and make-readies Help with pressure washing, groundskeeping, and breezeway/parking lot upkeep Maintain a clean, safe, and resident-friendly environment What We're Looking For Previous maintenance, construction, renovation, or handyman experience preferred Reliable transportation to and from work Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Team-oriented attitude with willingness to assist where needed Ability to take direction and work independently Basic hand tools required (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc.) Power tools are a plus Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
