What You Will Be Doing:

Perform the required Maintenance activities and tasks to keep equipment safe, functional, and efficient by executing preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance actions. Learn and demonstrate competency in maintaining and troubleshooting process equipment to progress through training programs. Complete all assigned work orders within the time allotted. What We Are Seeking In a

Candidate:

Be 18 years of age or older. Ability to use power tools, hand tools, drill presses, shop tools, etc. Ability to read and interpret documents in English. Proficiency in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Experience in performing routine inspections and diagnostics. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team. Use a laptop computer and standard office equipment. Able to sit, stand, stoop, and have use of hand motor coordination regularly. Ability to lift 50 lbs., stack or carry, stand, and/or stoop for a prolonged period of time in a hot environment. Ability to work on-site in Pineville, NC. Will be exposed to all hazards of machinery and equipment in an operational manufacturing environment. Relevant technical certifications or training are a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education is advantageous.
