Title:

Shift Maintenance Technician Compensation:
Up to $23.00/hour (Based on experience)
Shift/Working Hours:
1st Shift About the role: PrideStaff is partnering with a unique, high-value technical services provider in the Hendersonville area. This is a critical, hands-on role where you will ensure the seamless operation of both the main warehouse facilities and the company's specialized fleet of mobile technical units. Your proactive maintenance and repair work will directly support high-tech operations, minimizing downtime and maintaining a safe environment for the entire team.
What you will do:
Perform routine and preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on all warehouse facilities and operational equipment . Execute essential general maintenance tasks, including basic electrical troubleshooting, light plumbing, painting, and structural assembly. Conduct maintenance and repair work on specialized mobile technical units (coaches/trailers) , ensuring all components are operational. Actively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve facility and equipment issues to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment. Maintain accurate electronic and physical records of all completed maintenance work, repairs, and preventative schedules. Collaborate with expert teams on unique projects involving high-value technical assets, gaining diverse exposure to specialized equipment.

A proactive, problem-solving approach with the initiative to identify and address issues before they cause downtime. Physical ability to perform job duties, including the ability to lift up to 40+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Basic computer proficiency (data entry/logging work) and a valid Driver's License . A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
