General Maintenance Technician: Full-Time

Job description SMT Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our electronics manufacturing operations. In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain SMT lines, PCB assembly equipment, conveyors, reflow ovens, and facility systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, root-cause analysis, equipment setups, and calibrations to ensure uptime and product quality. Working closely with Engineering and Production, you'll help drive continuous improvement, safety, and reliability in a fast-paced, high‑mix manufacturing environment while accurately documenting work in CMMS and following ESD and quality standards.
