Schedule:

Four (4) 10-hour shifts per week Now Hiring Experienced Maintenance Technicians! We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment, electrical systems, and mechanical components in a manufacturing environment. If you have strong industrial maintenance experience and enjoy solving equipment issues while helping keep production running efficiently, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and facility equipment. Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues and replace or repair components as needed. Perform preventative and predictive maintenance. Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency repairs in a timely manner. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings. Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Utilize maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment, including multimeters, measuring devices, and welding equipment. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience. Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints. Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Preferred Qualifications Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Experience working with voltages up to 480V. PLC troubleshooting experience. Knowledge of AC/DC drives, motors, HMIs, relays, and I/O systems. Experience with conveyors, bearings, belts, gears, pulleys, chain drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ pounds. Ability to bend, push, pull, climb, and perform repetitive physical tasks. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
