Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm ( With on-call rotation) 3 years of Maintenance experience is preferred . Essential Functions Performs preventative maintenance of equipment. Operates a two-way radio. Interacts with teammates, residents, visitors, and vendors on a regular basis. Communicated with emergency personnel and directed them where they needed to go when needed. Performs general maintenance Assists in maintaining online work orders. Performs other duties as specified by Maintenance Director.
